Where you stay

Built the way houses are built here

The cabins follow the building style of the Amazon cultures of the region: wood, stone and palm-leaf roofs, all sourced from the surrounding area. Around them, more than 40 km of trails lead into primary forest that is protected from logging.

At dusk and dawn the forest is loud: howler monkeys, macaws and frogs. Between walks, the hammocks on each terrace are the best place to listen.

Rooms

Food

Regional cooking from local ingredients

Our cooks have more than ten years of experience in the lodge kitchen. Meals are regional dishes made with local produce, served with fresh juice from seasonal fruit, in a dining room open to the forest.

Boat ride on the Tuichi river

Getting there

Three hours by boat, part of the trip

For the Beni and Tuichi rivers we use motorboats with a roof, comfortable seats, life jackets and rain ponchos, for up to six passengers. The ride up passes through the Bala Canyon and is often the first place you see wildlife. The way back takes about two hours.
