Booking, payment and cancellation
Everything you need to know to secure your place on the boat to Madidi.
1. Book online
Choose your program and press Book now: you book and pay by card with WeTravel and get your confirmation by email. Online booking holds one booking of up to 2 travelers per date. For larger groups, or if your date is taken, write to us on WhatsApp.
2. Or write to us
For groups of three or more, dates that are already taken or a tailor-made program, send us your dates on WhatsApp or through the contact form.
3. Meet us in Rurrenabaque
The boat leaves our office on Avenida Comercio at 08:30. We check passports and diets before boarding.
Payment
How to pay
- Online: by card when you book with WeTravel.
- Booked by WhatsApp or email: you pay on arrival in Rurrenabaque, in cash in US dollars or bolivianos.
- Card payments at our office carry a 5% bank fee.
- Prices are per person, in US dollars, and do not include the park entrance fee.
Cancellation
If your plans change
- Three days or more before departure: no penalty.
- One or two days before departure: 15% of the tour price.
- Illness: cancellations or changes carry no penalty.
- The same policy applies to online bookings.

What we need from each traveler
- Full name
- Passport number
- Date of birth and nationality
- Diet: regular, vegetarian, vegan or allergies
Children
Discounts for children
- Under 12: 50% off, staying in their parents’ room.
- Under 3: 75% off.
- Solo travelers join another group or pay for two.
Good to know
- The boat leaves Rurrenabaque at 08:30. The time can move if flights or buses arrive late or the weather changes.
- The return boat leaves the lodge after lunch, around 13:30, adjusted to your flight or bus back.
- Each walking group has four or five travelers; each boat carries up to six passengers.
- Programs are flexible and can change for your interests, logistics or weather.
